#Career Vision

I am a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in code generation and creating agentic AI with natural interactions, and I'm well-positioned to expand my expertise in emerging technological domains.

My vision is to leverage my bleeding-edge AI integration experience in conjunction with my strong FP foundation from Scala and Haskell to tackle more complex challenges in systems infrastructure management, AI integrations, and agentic workflow implementations.

#Short-Term Goals

  • Deepen my expertise in Haskell and apply it to real-world enterprise solutions
  • Contribute to more AI development projects, building on my success with the Polehammer Poster AI
  • Expand my knowledge of systems infrastructure management with a focus on scalability and reliability
  • Develop more sophisticated agentic workflow implementations for business process automation
  • Continue mentoring other engineers in functional programming paradigms and best practices

#Long-Term Career Trajectory

Looking further ahead, I aim to combine my technical expertise with strategic leadership to influence how organizations approach complex software challenges. My experience working in a large company like Disney has shown me how important technical leadership is and that effective technical leadership requires in-depth analysis of all parts of all systems. I aim to be a driving force in the creation of tools that help all parts of the organization understand how the system fits together as a whole, ultimately leading to effective and coordinated decision-making.

I'm particularly interested in the intersection of AI systems and functional programming, where my open-source work with Polehammer Poster demonstrates my capability to create systems that users can interact with naturally and intuitively, detecting misunderstandings and rectifying them without explicit instruction.
